So do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />5 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Ginger-garlic, crushed<br />10-12 Curry leaves<br />3-4 Green chillies, chopped<br />2 Tomatoes, sliced<br />1 cup Green peas, peeled (Optional)<br />Salt to taste<br />150 grams Cottage cheese/ Paneer, cubed<br />1 tbsp Pulao Masala<br />4 cups Rice, cooked<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger-garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, tomatoes, green peas, salt, stir and let it cook.<br />Cover the lid and let the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.<br />Add paneer, pulao masala and mix well.<br />Add rice, mix well and lower the flame.<br />Add coriander leaves, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.<br />Switch off the flame and take it out in a serving bowl.<br /><br />Our Mattar Paneer Pulao is ready to serve.<br /><br />
